The vanish of a jet while it rests on the tarmac has become one of the most significant vanishes of all time. On many occasions this illusion has been performed before a live television audience, while a crowd of onlookers keep an eye on the real thing.
It is not an illusion most magicians can afford to perform, still I will explain the most common way of performing this trick.
The audience will see the jet as it taxis onto an area at the landing strip. The crew will park the plane and disembark. The audience, both directions. Spotligths will be pointed at the plane, making it fully illuminated against the dark night.
At the performer's command, the ligths to flash off, then back on.
When the ligths are relit, the plane is gone. The spotlights are once again pointed in the same direction as before, but there is no jet plane, only the tarmac and the night. The plane is then brought back in the same manner. The lights will flash off then on, and the plane back. The Crew boards the plane and taxis it back to the hangar.

Effect:

The magician stands behind his assistant and proceeds to shove his hand through the assistant’s stomach, jerking out the assistants organs in the process.

The magician then pulls his hand out of the assistant’s stomach, revealing it with no wounds or marks of any kind.

THE MAGICIAN DEMONSTRATES VOODOO BY DRAWING THE OUTLINE OF A HAND ON A PIECE OF PAPER. HE THEN ASKS THE SPECTATOR TO DRAW FIRE ON ANY OF THE FINGERS OF THE HAND. AFTER THIS IS DONE, THE MAGICIANS HAND BEGINS TO FEEL AS IF IT’S ON FIRE, AND HE THEN TURNS HIS HAND OVER TO SHOW A BLISTER ON THE EXACT SAME FINGER THE SPECTATOR DREW FIRE ON! THEN, COMMENTING ON HOW VOODOO WORKS "BOTH WAYS", THE MAGICIAN HOLDS A LIGHTER’S FLAME UP TO HIS OWN HAND, AND SUDDENLY THE PIECE OF PAPER (WHICH HAS BEEN LAYING ON THE FLOOR THE ENTIRE TIME) BURSTS INTO FLAME!!!

The Effect:

So, in this trick David did his best and proved to be a real man. He chose the most beautiful girl from the audience. She was simply gorgeous wearing tight shorts. The only thing that was fishy about her was that nice modest smile which stayed on her face till the end of the trick, and a very strange cold look in her eyes. She kept senselessly staring into the emptiness behind the cameras.

However, the trick turned out to be a blast! David took his handkerchief (facial tissue)  out... valid for one occasion only... not very fresh, and gave it to his new girlfriend, so she could check it for any special devices. The girl carefully wiped it with her fingers and gave it back. And then came the trick itself. The folded facial tissue began to move in David's hands: it jumped up, turned over and stayed up in the air. This joyous scene was very touchy and it was sad when the time for fullfilling the clauses of the deal, signed by David and a big lighter company, came. What have you expected? Everyone is trying very hard to make money and David is not an exception.

The Effect:

David invites 8 spectators to come up on the stage. They make a circle around a round wooden table. David asks them to put their hands on the table their hands and slowly rise from their knees to lift the table. To surprise of all spectators it happens. 8 people begin to rise from their knees, touching a surface of the table only with the tips of their fingers, and the table rises behind them in air. Then David asks to lift one hand, then another, and then both. But the table continues to hang in the air. The next moment the table begins to move with the music. It lasts for a few minutes, then the spectators come back to their seats.

The Secret:

PREPARATION:

TO PREPARE FOR THIS EFFECT, YOU NEED TO GO OUT AND BUY SOME RUBBER CEMENT. MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT IT IS RUBBER CEMENT, AND NOT SOME OTHER KIND OF CEMENT, OR YOU COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED! AFTER YOU HAVE THE RUBBER CEMENT, LIGHTLY RUB A SQUARE OF IT (ABOUT 2 INCHES LONG, AND 2 INCHES WIDE) ON YOUR NECK, AROUND YOUR ADAM’S APPLE (IF YOU’RE A MAN).

AFTER YOU’VE DONE THIS, AND LET THE RUBBER CEMENT DRY, YOU’RE READY TO GO AT A MOMENT’S NOTICE.

THE EFFECT

You are walking down the street and casually pick any spectator, you ask them to come with you to a nearby car and pick a dead fly off the windscreen. You hold it in your hand do a few passes with the other hand and appear to be really concentrating and the fly slowly comes back to life to the surprise of the spectator.
