Get sick of the bending spoon with mind trick? Then try to bend the card with your mind! Borrow a deck of card and ask the spectator to pick any card from the deck. You then place the card in the back of your hand and watch when the card slowly bends upward!

I think it is more amazing to "melt" a card than a piece of metal (though metal bending looks great) ; it seems less superhuman,more "feasible",sort of "within my range" type of "feat"...Therefore it is all the more impressive. Besides we see the card completely and we get the idea we can "control" the process ... Good trick !
